  • Register and Pay: Register for the chosen program and pay the average of 550 SAR, either as a one-time fee for the entire program or per stage. Each program is divided into stages, similar
    to therapy sessions, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
  • Access and Follow: After payment, you gain access to all stages of the program. You’ll receive a recommended schedule to guide you through the program effectively.
  • Utilize Resources: Engage with a variety of materials, including written and visual content, audio recordings, and interactive tools. These resources are designed to support your independent work, mirroring a therapy process with comprehensive instructions and support.
